TACOMA, WA — March 19, 2026 — Two iconic Pacific Northwest dealerships, Destination Harley-Davidson and Grit City Harley-Davidson, are joining forces to create a new, premier riding hub in Tacoma. The two teams will combine under a brand new name.

A New Chapter for the SeaTac Riding Community

Led by veteran owner Michael Veracka and MOD Enterprises, this consolidation moves Grit City’s operations to the Tacoma location at 2302 Pacific Hwy E. The transition is perfectly timed for the start of the riding season, ensuring the local community has immediate access to a "world class" experience.

All staff from both stores will be working out of the Tacoma location starting 4/1/26. Destination Tacoma will be closed for inventory starting Sunday 3/22/2026 and will reopen under the new name on Wednesday 4/1/26. Grit City will be open through Tuesday 3/31/26 and then relocate to Tacoma. We appreciate your patience during this transition and if your bike is in service please talk to your service advisor.

Jet City Harley-Davidson in Renton, WA will be open regular hours, 7-days-a-week until Tuesday, March 31st, 2026. Starting April 1st, all operations will be out of the location at 2302 Pacific Hwy E. in Tacoma.

Destination Harley-Davidson in Tacoma, WA is open regular hours through Saturday, March 21st, 2026. They will be closed starting Sunday, March 22nd for inventory and will reopen by Wednesday, April 1st, 2026.

Contact your service advisor today. Destination technicians will continue working on their bikes in Tacoma during the transition. Jet City technicians will continue working on current bikes in Renton.
